1) This offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parents room for a $5.00 per child per night charge, with your room guarantee. A minimum of 30 days is required for processing.
2) This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls or items of a personal nature. This offer may not used in place of, or in conjunction with, any other offer.
3) All room accommodations are subject to the availability. During peak seasons, conventions, holidays or when  room allotment is full, substitutions are possible. No travel December 1 through January 14.
4) Cancellations must be given 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to refund your reservation guarantee. No refund of unused portions.
5) You may reschedule your reservation no less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, there is a US$25.00 reschedule charge.
6) This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law, may not be used in conjunction with or in place of any other vacation or promotional offer and is invalid for use by distributing agents and their employees. All federal, state and local laws apply.
7) Two or more vacation certificates may not be used within the same year.
8) This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date, using the promotional giveaway certificate, regardless of where the certificate was obtained.
9) The retail value of this offer varies depending upon the time of the year and hotel. However suggested fair market value for processing, servicing, and accommodation is up to US$175.00.
10) This certificate may be renewed before its expiration date for a US$15.00 renewal fee.
11) Once order is placed for the products of this website, customer will be mailed a package containing information and instructions on how to proceed with the reservations and vacation. Please do not contact us to make reservations.
